Privacy Policy

Dodat LTD, C.N. 516831658 ("the Company") respects the privacy of all users of the "dodat" system, whether through the application/app or via the WEB (hereinafter respectively: "the Application" and/or "the System"), and is committed to protecting the personal information collected about the users.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Company's Terms of Use, and all terms appearing in the Privacy Policy below shall have the same meaning as the terms appearing in the said Terms of Use, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Your consent to the Company's Privacy Policy below is a condition for your use of the System, the services offered by the System, and within the framework of the user's workspace in the System; the mere downloading of the Application and use of the System constitutes consent to the Privacy Policy.

Furthermore, the use of the System constitutes consent to the collection of personal information entered into the System and its use by the Company, as detailed in the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected in the System

The System collects information about the user and information related to the user's activity within the System.

Part of the information collected is general and non-personal information, which is visible to the Company and does not identify the user, such as technical data including, among other things, the user's activity within the System's workspace, the identity of the operating system, the user's browser type, details related to the type of mobile device used to access the System, etc.

In addition to the above, the System also collects personal information about the user, which allows the Company and the System to identify the user and enable entry into the user's workspace in the System. For example, within the framework of activity in the System, users will be able to upload files, data, dates, contacts, mobile phone numbers, contact details, schedules, tasks, and internal correspondences (chats).

It is clarified that the user is not legally obligated to provide personal information, and therefore, by using the System, the user gives their consent that the personal information provided by them is submitted of their own free will, so that the System can provide all the services offered by it. The user approves, declares, and undertakes that the Company is entitled to save the information collected by it in various databases, whether in Israel or abroad.

Changing and/or Deleting Personal Information, in Whole or in Part

Any user may at any time contact the Company via email at: support@dodat.co.il and request the deletion and/or modification of their personal information, in whole or in part. It is clarified that insofar as the deletion of the information and/or its modification leads to the user being unable to continue using the System, the user releases the Company from any liability for this.

Limited Sharing of Personal Information

Except as detailed in the following section below, the Company will not transfer and/or sell and/or share personal information of the System's users, except in the following cases:

• (1) a decision by a competent judicial authority;
• (2) explicit approval by the user;
• (3) within the framework of enforcing the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and investigating violations of the policy and/or Terms of Use;
• (4) a change in the ownership of the Company and/or a merger of the Company with another corporation and/or any other corporate action that integrates a corporation and/or third parties into the Company and/or the System.

Notwithstanding the above, the Company is entitled to transfer the personal information and/or any other information collected by the System to affiliated companies and/or suppliers of the Company, whether in Israel or abroad.

Data Collection About Users (Cookies)

The System uses 'Cookies' for its ongoing and proper operation, including to collect statistical data about the use of the System, for verification of details, and more.

The purpose of these details is to adapt the System to the user's preferences and characterize their needs, as well as for information security purposes. "Cookies" are text files that the user's browser creates upon command from the Company's computers.

Some "Cookies" will expire when the user closes the browser, and some "Cookies" will be saved on the user's computer hard drive.

The information within the "Cookies" is encrypted, and the Company does everything in its power to ensure this information remains in its hands. Any user who does not wish for the System to make use of "Cookies" may change the settings in the browser they are using at any time.

Information Security

The user is aware that their personal details and the information they provide within the registration process or ongoing operation of the System will be retained by the Company.

The System manages user information including, among other things: names, descriptions, and images uploaded within a group, chat messages exchanged between group members, files uploaded to the group account, details of actions performed by users (date, time, IP address, and description of the action taken), as well as details of the tasks specified in the user's account including subject, description, dates, etc.

The Company will make every reasonable effort to install information security software as accepted and required by law, to safeguard users' details and protect their privacy. The user declares that they are aware that the Company cannot guarantee absolute protection of their details.

Direct Mailing (Advertisements, Promotions, and System Updates)

Your use of the System constitutes your consent that the Company may use your details to send updates and/or promotions and/or advertisements via direct mailing, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982. You are entitled at any time to remove yourself from the Company's mailing list, either by contacting the Company via email at support@dodat.co.il or by following the removal instructions that appear in the direct mailings sent to you.

Miscellaneous and Changes

The Company reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify users through the System and/or by sending notifications via text messages and/or email according to the data entered by the users.

The continued use of the System and/or the Application after such a change to the Privacy Policy shall constitute the user's consent to the changes made and shall bind the user.
